Why can’t I use People Pay in Popular Online Banking and the Popular Mobile Banking app anymore?
Effective November 12, 2024, People Pay will no longer be available on Popular Online Banking and the Popular Mobile Banking app.
As a replacement, Popular Bank has partnered with Zelle® to provide you with a fast, safe, and easy way to send money in minutes1 to friends, family, and others you trust. At this time, Zelle® will only be available on the Popular Mobile Banking app, and we will be working to add it to Popular Online Banking in the near future.
