Will I be contacted if fraudulent activity is detected?

Yes. As soon as the bank receives notice of a breach or compromise, we will attempt to notify you immediately. We will call using the phone number attached to your account and will also mail a notification letter to the mailing address on file. If we have your email on file, we may also attempt to notify you via email.
