How do I use Mobile Cash on the Popular Mobile Banking app?

Follow these steps to use Mobile Cash:

  1. At any Popular Bank ATM, press the “Mobile Cash Access” button to begin.
  2. Then log in to your Popular Mobile Banking app. Tap the “+” icon at the center-bottom (for iPhone) or bottom right-hand corner (for Android) of your task menu on your home screen.
  3. Tap “Mobile Cash” to continue on to our Mobile Cash screen.
  4. Choose your withdraw-from account and amount and tap scan—point your camera to the QR code that appears on the ATM screen.
  5. On the following security screen, enter the PIN on your debit card to complete your withdrawal.
