What should I do if I get a new phone or change phone numbers?
If you change phone numbers, you can remove your old phone number and re-enroll your new phone number by logging in to your Online Banking portal and updating your phone profile. You can also change your phone number by visiting your local branch. If you use our Mobile Banking app or Business Banking Mobile app, you will need to re-download them or transfer them, answer security questions, and sync your new phone number to regain access to your app(s).
