How do I change my ATM/debit card pin?
To update your PIN, you may either:
– Visit any of our branches with a valid picture ID
– Use our automated system at . You will be asked for your full card number followed by the pound key and the current PIN. You will be prompted to press number one (1) to activate, and then number two (2) to update your PIN.
In lieu of updating your PIN, you may either call our Customer Care Center at or visit your local branch to request a PIN reminder be mailed to your address. To find your nearest branch, you can use ATM & Branch Locator.
