How can I pay my loan?
There are several ways to make your loan payments, including in-person, autopay, online, over the phone, by mail, or by wire payment. Learn more about each payment method below.
In-person payments
To make loan payments in person, visit your nearest Popular Bank branch.
Autopay/ACH payments
To set up autopay/ACH payments for your loan, call our Care Center at 1-888-500-2612 or visit your nearest Popular Bank branch.
Please note: A voided check is required if you are not using a Popular Bank account for autopay/ACH payments.
Online payments
If you have a deposit account with us, you can make loan payments through your Online Banking account.
If you do not have a deposit account with us, you can make your payment through Speedpay®,
1 an ACI Worldwide company. Additional charges may apply.
Phone payments
Pay your loan by phone by calling our Loans Department at 1-888-500-2612.
